Its Story▾ It is a pomegranate variety known for its slightly flattened, square-like shape at the corners, yellowish-white aril color, and sweetness; it does not have a sour or tart taste and is obtained from the Oğuzeli variety of the *Punica granatum L.* species. How It Is Made▾ Oğuzeli local variety is selected, and organic fertilization is carried out based on leaf/soil analysis. Fruits are harvested with scissors 5–7 months after full bloom, classified, and stored in cool storage facilities.
