The 7th Traditional Foods Symposium, organized through the collaboration of Gaziantep University’s Departments of Food Engineering and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, the TMMOB Chamber of Food Engineers, the TMMOB Chamber of Agricultural Engineers, and TAGEM, will be held in person from October 1 to 3, 2026, in Gaziantep—a center of national and international significance in the field of gastronomy. The symposium will address topics such as the production, preservation, and sustainability of traditional foods, gastronomy culture, innovative approaches, and academic-industry collaborations from a multidisciplinary perspective. The event aims to foster the exchange of knowledge and experience among expert academics, researchers, and industry representatives.
