The countdown has begun in Gaziantep for the "3rd Seed Exchange and Nature-Friendly Agriculture Festival." Organized through the collaboration of the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Department of Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development and the Zeugma Rotary Club, this third edition of the festival is set to open its doors at Festivaller Park on October 22–24, 2026. Launched under the slogan "We Value the Soil, We Are Hope for the Future...", the event aims to preserve local seeds, encourage nature-friendly production, and pass this awareness on to future generations in Gaziantep, the capital of gastronomy. Throughout the three-day festival, attendees will experience small-scale planting areas, heirloom seed exchanges, presentations on the efficient use of fruits and vegetables, nature-friendly practices, and a wide range of colorful activities for children. All producers, nature enthusiasts, and the people of Gaziantep are invited to Festivaller Park to share in the healing power of the soil, the hope embodied by seeds, and the strength of producing together.
